Karen Andrews on war powers reform

When asked whether Minister for Home Affairs Karen Andrews believed Parliament should be consulted before Australian troops are sent into armed conflict abroad, Minister Andrews’ office directed our enquiry to the Defence Minister’s office.

Minister for Defence Peter Dutton’s office told Michael West Media “there are no amendments to the current process.”
